Innovative Plumbing and Heating has been awarded Phase 1 of our Water Project. This will affect Units 111 to 159.
Preliminary work may include digging out a few existing water boxes and part of the main lines.
The beginning steps of the first phase of the water project will commence on Monday, October 5, 2026. All units will be out of water during the first couple of days as they will be doing the main line valves first; then individual bays. The water will be turned back on in the evenings. Phase one consists of units 111-159.
Please be courteous and respectful to their employees.
Also note: some leaks have been detected, and if determined to be on the unit holder side, Maintenance will turn off the valve and the owner will be notified.
